Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
24 grape leaves in brine
3 tbs. ketchup
2 tbs. cornstarch
1 tbs. sugar
1 tbs. fish sauce
1 tbs. fresh ground black pepper
2 tbs. soy sauce
2 tbs. minced garlic
1 tbs. chili paste
3 tbs. rice wine
Directions
Combine ingredients and let sit in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Roll in the grape leaves as shown in the class.
Brush lightly with peanut oil and grill for 5-6 minutes over medium heat.

1 tbs. ginger, grated
1 tbs. garlic, minced
2 tbs. ground toasted peanuts
4 tbs. fish sauce
1 tbs. minced fresh chilies
2 tbs. lime juice
3 tbs. sugar mixed with
2 tbs. boiling water
1 bunch mint to garnish
Directions
Combine ingredients and serve immediately.
