Andrew stops at El Jawahar Restaurant located at the entrance to Chandni Chowk Market and directly across from gate 1 of the Jamah Masid, the largest mosque in India. Brain curry, liver and kidney stew, lamb brains and goat testicles are on the menu.

Andrew visits Oh! Calcutta in the neighborhood of Nehru Place. Chef Joy Banerjee joins him for Bengali favorites "core," banana stem cooked with black mustard seeds, mustard oil, whole red chilies, toasted green chilies, coconut and banana plant.

Andrew ends up at the Gurdwara Bangla Sahib Temple, located in Connaught Place or CP as the locals call it. This is Delhi's commercial hub and a popular shopping center. His special meal here includes rice, lentil dal, chippati and curried vegetables
