Andrew rides a tram up to the mountains above Quito and dines at Motes de la Magdalena. He enjoys cuero de librillo (soup made from the outside of a cow's stomach), guatita (cow-stomach stew) and menudo (tripe and beef heart soup).
Andrew visits the equator, where he enjoys an exotic meal of cuy (roasted guinea pig) at Fiambre's Restaurant.
