Andrew visits a restaurant popular with the locals. Many main menu items contain one food that Andrew doesn't like -- Spam. Andrew samples guava glazed Spam, Spam musubi with white rice and noori, tempura Spam and pinapple Spam upside down cake.

Roy whips up a special dish just for Andrew, including escargot, goat stew made with intestines and bile, and nato (fermented soybeans) mixed with candlenuts, clams, chives, wasabi and sesame oil on a tofu foundation with salmon caviar and seaweed.
