In "Resort Rescue," bad customer service, unruly guests and dysfunctional employee-owner dynamics are all caught on multiple-camera feeds. Through the use of hidden cameras installed throughout each resort property, the hotel staff has no idea they are being watched as host Shane Green catches their every move on camera. He scours the resort from top to bottom. Everything from using a black light to check for clean bedding, catching the bartender neglecting new customers, to an out-of-control guest in the resort pool, it is unbelievable what he discovers. In a behind-the-scenes room, Green sits down with each of the owners and shows them why their resort is in bad shape. Once the major issues are discussed, he snaps into action and shows the staff, and most importantly the owners, how to create a top-notch resort.
