The sobadores are traditional healers and chiropractors who set up shop alongside the Tijuana Cathedral. Many of their clientele travel from the US and use the sobadores as an affordable option for rehabilitation therapy.

Tacos Kokopelli is a gourmet taco street-stand run by graduates of the Culinary Art School in Tijuana. One specialty is the Kraken taco, consisting of pesto-marinated grilled octopus in an Anaheim chile filled with cheese and topped with avocado.
