Holy Matrimony cocktail

Inspired by the English tradition of afternoon tea, mixologist Mirek Strunlaski at the Stratus Lounge in Philadelphia has invented Harry Matrimony, a refreshing blend of gin and fresh fruits. The first step adds blackberries, lemon juice and Earl Gray infused honey to a shaker and muddles them together. Tanqueray dry gin is then added and shaken with ice before being double strained into a glass. It is topped with rocks and enough soda to find the glass. The final accent is fresh mint leaves and a lemon wheel.
